While catching up on the latest news, it’s always a little disconcerting and often a lot repulsive to see W’s simian leer as he lies, pontificates and fails miserably at attempts to appear competent. Tune into Naked News Daily Male, where the studly newscasters cover the current events uncovered, and King George II is a little bit easier to take. There are six 22-minute segments a week that feature world news, entertainment, commentary, and lifestyle features -- all from a gay perspective.

Putting on more a showgram than a program, each newscaster starts out dressed and does a strip during his piece. Not a pole-swinging bump-and-grind, but a causal removal of clothes. It’s sort of like watching your partner undress for bed while he tells you about his day. It’s erotic and comfy at the same time.

The show works best for the lighter fare such as arts and entertainment where the guys can be original and fun, injecting their personalities into the material. The world news about pandemic bird flu winging its way to your town or the U.S. mid-term elections is nothing you don’t already know from the drive-to-work radio or from CNN or (dare I say it?) FOX. But, the guys are cute and after watching for a couple weeks you feel you know them, or are at least on very familiar terms with their pubic hair.
