Bear In Radioland

Since October 2003, Bear Radio Network (bearradio.net), a subsidiary of Online Express Music, has been webcasting programming featuring alternative music for a gay audience.

The music is not necessarily about hairy gay guys or performed by hairy gay guys. Seems the DJs are the hairy gay guys at Bear Radio.

The site’s goal is to expose people to something more than the top 40 or circuit party techno. Sounds good.

Daily program highlights include B-Talk, Bear Podcast, Woobie Bear Music’s Dance Party and a Sunday Brunch. Besides access to some groovy tunes, the site also hooks you into a bear chatroom, bear stores and more.

Grrrrrrrr.
